Onboarding

In this section, we present a detailed step-by-step onboarding process that will ensure that users are able to fully customise their assistant according to their unique prescription and medication information needs. To ensure that users never miss a dose, we have included an automated reminder feature. Users can choose to receive reminders via push notifications, email, or text messages, and can also select the frequency of these reminders.

'CHI'

24% of AID’s target users find the tone of digital information requests and notification style formal and triggering. To address this I introduced a customizable character assistant. Instead of the regular reminder pop-up style, users can feel more relaxed getting a buzz from either their mobile phones or watch.

CHI CHARACTER VARIATION
Medication Alert

For a more enhanced user experience, greater ease of use and improved accessibility, I have implemented alert screens specifically for watch OS users. These screens allow users to receive reminders and alerts directly on their wrist, providing them with a seamless and convenient experience.

Upcoming Medication

This section is dedicated to outlining the medication schedule. It is important to keep track of the frequency, dosage, and time of day for each medication. It is also essential to keep track of any changes in your medication regimen, including dosage adjustments or new medicines that may be added. By staying on top of your medication schedule and keeping your healthcare provider informed.

I also created a table highlighting and summarising the Motivations, Goals and Needs of Users:

· Medication Page for each user.`

· History and Notification for each user.

· Automatic and Manual Integration.

· Add dependents and track medication.

Medication Log & History

LOG:This feature offers a directory of users' medication history, which can be edited and customised.

HISTORY:This screen summarises users' medication adherence and use, aiding healthcare providers in tracking progress and identifying issues. This tool is useful for managing medication regimens and improving health outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.
