In this section, we present a detailed step-by-step onboarding process that will ensure that users are able to fully customise their assistant according to their unique prescription and medication information needs. To ensure that users never miss a dose, we have included an automated reminder feature. This section is dedicated to outlining the medication schedule. It is important to keep track of the frequency, dosage, and time of day for each medication. It is also essential to keep track of any changes in your medication regimen, including dosage adjustments or new medicines that may be added. By staying on top of your medication schedule and keeping your healthcare provider informed.
I also created a table highlighting and summarising the Motivations, Goals and Needs of Users:
LOG:This feature offers a directory of users' medication history, which can be edited and customised.
HISTORY:This screen summarises users' medication adherence and use, aiding healthcare providers in tracking progress and identifying issues. This tool is useful for managing medication regimens and improving health outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.
